Actually, anything you deem to be your rights, are your rights regardless of what the majority thinks or believes. It all depends on how much you are willing to defend what you believe.

Some would argue that the 2nd amendment is not a right of the people, which is really irrelevant as long as someone is willing to stand up and claim it as a right and defend it.
