Mustard Fried Venison
Lay out your steaks. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Use the edge of a plate and work the steaks over (about like cubed steaks)
Pour about 1/2 pint of mustard in a stainless bowl and put steaks in. Add enough water to cover steaks. Let it soak overnight in fridge (longer the better)
Take out steaks and flour. Let them soak the mustard mix through the flour.
Drop into peanut oil (about 350) and take out as soon as brown.
