let a pan heat up with butter, chop up you partridge meat into bite sized chunks throw them in a bowl, toss in some garlic, montreal steak spice but not to much and some seasoning salt. cook up your partridge tell its like a grayish colour, not fully cooked, in the mean time have your pasta boiling and also some mushrooms cooking if you like mushrooms!! put in some alfredo sauce, it comes in little packets or cans from pretty much any store. toss in your mushrooms and your grouse stir around untell its all ready then enjoy.
