if baiting is legal you could try that.are you scent free?if the deer smells ya ya aint gonna shoot em.try using a scent lure clean your boots good,scrub em down in water and baking soda.let em dry outside.apply a little scent to your boot pad i like the wildlife research products walk around your tree stand or blind remove the boot pad and leave it in the spot you would like the deer to stop.Pray to the deer gods and wait
