As I said above; I don't want to leave any scent of any kind in the woods. That's one reason I don't use scent attractors or cover scents. Call me parinoid but I believe that deer can and will associate any scent with danger after awhile.
I wear rubber boots, scent lock coveralls and gloves while walking into the stand just to not leave scent on the limbs and grass I walk through. I can't count the times a deer has smelled my trail hours after I got to stand and turned around and went the other way.
