Well white oak and red oak acorns are all good and well but theres pretty much and abundance of those...look for hickorys...they like shag bark hickorys alot, nuts are sweeter...bout half the size of a walnut, tan shell. you get in an area where theres alot of cuttings your in business. But when i was out deer hunting i couldve had my limit of squirrels in 15 min. I go out the next day and only seen a few, ofcourse it was raining so they werent as active.
