Garrett - Depending on the bullet choice and right load you can site in 3" high at 100 yards and hit 3" low at 200 yards. One bullet co is QT Bullets that claim there light bullets (200-235 gr) can achieve this. You can get deer that far out but I personally would not shoot that far. For the most part the areas I hunt do not offer these yardages. I did once take a 7 pointer at 140 yards in a field with the Omega so they can reach out there.
