Well I talked to the bank today and they said loan went through with no problems. They contacted the closing agent so we should close pretty soon. I am happy but kinda sick going in more debt like that without my current house sold. My house is now listed with a agent and we have had quite a few folks looking at it in the past 2 weeks.
I went down there (new to me place) and started working on cutting the grass. It has not been mowed all year. Talk about needing a bush hog.
I will try to get some pics of the area when I get er mowed down so you can actually tell there is a house in the middle of the yard
