Well my ordeal is over i crashed the whole thing and started from the ground up.I had to reinstall everything and update it all.I lost all my pic,music and favorites.thank goodness for photobucket .the pics i had there were saved at least.what a hassle i tried doing it myself kept hitting roadblocks.wound up using tech support .seems like its running smoth now .
