No they are just coming off the beds. The TVA has changed the timing on bringing the lakes up to summer pool. The bass used to bed in the shallow weeds but they changed the timing on raising the lake because of flooding a few years ago.
This weekend the water was up for the first time and the bass are feeding hard in the weeds. I love bass fishing this time of year because the water temps are better for the big boys to stay shallow. Once summer gets here yhey move out to the deeper water and get a little harder to find. |
