Hunting Man I'm sorry to hear that you're having to deal with Heart issues now 
and further sorry that you're still going to be a pain in the neck 
Now all kidding aside,
because heart issues are no joking matter just follow the doctors orders
and remember stress is your biggest enemy right now.. stay relaxed and get plenty of rest ..
