That sounds like a great setup! And you can keep your horses right there. I'm jealous. We have to board our three. Not only is that an extra expense, but it means a 15 minutes trip just to get there and makes spontaneous playing with the horses an impossibility. Also, I can't believe the price. Appartently, the market in that part of the country is a lot less expensive than here in the Bozeman area. Hell, maybe I'll sell my place, move back there and make a profit at the same time. Anyhthing else available around there? Anyway, best of luck with your new home. This is your year for big events! Again, best wishes.
