Ok, Im gonna go squirrel hunting (shot my first squirrel yesterday), but I am going on public property. We have always hunted with our friend, so I don't know really too much on public land hunting.I got a map of it, but it says "Wildlife management area", and I don't know if that means you can go hunting there or if they are "managing" wildlife. Can someone please help me
what state are you in?
If you go on to the states website it will tell you the rules to each WMA
WMA are usually for hunting but not always & the rules will vary some you may be allowed guns some not & also what species you can hunt
so as stated best thing to do is to research the states website & & search that WMA
