yes, "throw and grow" is one. I think most of the companies make a seed mix that is like a Throw and Grow. Go to all the web site and see what there is out there. There is a lot to the big picture of food plots and like everything else it takes a little research. state laws, nutrition plots, harvest plots, types of forage, spring seed, fall seed, winter seed. turnips, oats, clovers. Just a lot of stuff to think about before making a decision. then there is the soils ph and fertilizer to think about to make the most of your work. I will warn you right now there are some guys out there that think food plots are cheating. So the more you know about food plots the better able to discuss it you will be. |
