You're getting alot of good advice. I shoot carbons myself. Even had one blow up on me as soon as I released it. As far as broadheads. G5 and the new NAP Hellrazors can't be beat. Mechanicals, heard alot of bad things about the spitfires as far as not opening. I do a lot of research on broadhead testing and belong to a broadhead test site out of MI. As far as I am concerned, the Grimreaper razortip and the Rocky Mtn Snyper 2 blade for everything I have seen, can't be beat. Check out Grimreaper's site and look at the field testing they had done.
