Ingredients for Rabbit

1 rabbit
Pepper
Salt
2 tbsp. butter

Ingredients for Stuffing

4 c. soft bread crumbs or cubes
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 to 1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sage
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Combine all stuffing ingredients in separate container.
Directions

Wash dressed rabbit thoroughly under cool running water. Dry.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper on inside.

Cowboy Snake Cakes

Ingredients

1 rattlesnake per person
Crab boil
1 egg
Salt & pepper
Green onion
2 tbsp. oil
Tarter sauce

Directions

Gut the rattlesnake and peel the skin off. Cook in a crab boil (water + lemon + seed package for crab or shrimp).
Cool and peel off the strips of meat.
Chop and combine with egg to bind.
